Quad/Graphics, the world's second largest provider of print and multichannel solutions, is seeking a Compensation Leader to join team in Sussex, WI. As part of a Global Total Rewards team, the Compensation Leader will collaborate with leadership as the technical expert in multiple areas of compensation, including executive compensation. This position will play a key role in assisting with the management, design, structure, and administration of our compensation programs. Additionally, the Compensation Leader is responsible in driving accountability and delivering consistent results across department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees evaluation and market assessment of jobs and makes competitive recommendations for new hires and promotions Track the industry and external market and provide analysis and recommendations on the impact of relevant developments in compensation.  Provide guidance on organizational structure and job design.  Ability to review and design Executive Compensation programs, prepare and articulate proposed solutions to Senior Management.  Comfort in presenting design and solutions to top leadership.  Ensure consistent, equitable and market competitive salary treatment of employees. Managing job evaluations, salary surveys, and all analytical reporting to prepare recommendations and determine pay grades based on findings Participates in annual development of salary increase budgets. Partner with senior leaders in order to transform their business needs into an optimal compensation design while working with business partners in order to develop additional programs outside the primary compensation plans in order to support either local, regional or corporate tactical objectives  Consult and provide guidance to all levels within the organization - Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, managers, and executives related to compensation policies, practices, programs, compensation philosophy, and compliance requirements.  Oversee and administer annual compensation programs, including salary planning and variable incentive administration, and including sales compensation.  Maintain, publish and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; in coordination with HRIS, i.e. employee compensation, market analysis, staffing mix, cost of labor, running queries and analyzing data. Monitor data accuracy in compensation systems. Identify and develop recommendations to enhance data integrity and automate processes to drive effective and efficient administration of processes and programs. Monitor and adhere to compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing compensation practices. Support and lead other broad-based compensation projects, as necessary Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in compensation design, development, and/or administration. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional designation) is preferred Advanced Excel skills required e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, subtotals, etc.)  Broad and deep knowledge of all total rewards components (grading, base salary structures, variable pay practices, benefits etc) Working knowledge of compensation principles and practices, and state and federal government regulations pertaining to compensation (i.e., DOL, FLSA) required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
