Strategic Project Manager

The Strategic Project Manager will work as a partner to the VPs of Enterprise Solutions & VPs of Client Strategy to lead projects and execute on strategy for selected accounts. This position will be a strategic support partner who will help to align Quad resources and create cohesive experiences for the client. He/She will leverage account teams, marketing, subject matter experts, the 3.0 deal desk and external partners where necessary to execute meaningful & relevant engagements for our clients. The Strategic Project Manager will be part of a team of shared resources focusing on the strategic growth of the Enterprise Solutions Accounts. He/She will compile competitive insights & market research, engage cross functional teams for execution, request pricing and develop & maintain a schedule with internal and external partners for multi-channel engagements. He/She will also be responsible for project management of orders across channels once work is sold. Core Duties/Responsibilities Key areas of focus will be: Project Management Assist VPs of Enterprise & Client Strategist to determine overall strategy for engagement Determine the best path to execute based on internal/external resources Set up Qualification Meetings for new opportunities Assess the opportunity and pull in the right resources needed Marketing (PowerPoint Decks, Sell Sheets) Hospitality (ensure that we have a resource if an onsite meeting is needed) Market Research (MIIC Research, Customer Focus, Financial Data) Product Development Account Teams (SAEs, Sales Executives, ASEs, CAMs, SMEs) needed for the opportunity Estimating and/or Deal Desk Customer Experience Team Executive Sponsor (if applicable) Document implementation plan for execution along with owners and due dates of each deliverable Communicate regularly with team members to ensure that all pieces are on task Project Manage pricing requests in collaboration with the Deal Desk and Order Management post sale to onboard new work Strategy Development Work with VPs of Enterprise & Client Strategist to understand overall account strategy Help to identify value-added solutions of mutual benefit to the client and to Quad Review all content for consistency of overall strategy and vision Participate in strategic planning sessions and assist in preparing briefing documents with clear and thorough direction that is focused on client marketing goals Understand and have the ability to articulate internally the overall vision and strategy as communicated from the VPs of Enterprise & Client Strategist Maintain an ongoing understanding of key industry practices and needs Client Development Coordinate and participate in customer facing meetings Assist in building a cohesive agenda for customer meetings Collect team and customer feedback to build off of each customer experience Maintain tight collaboration with Marketing to follow up on what's working / what's not working Build in a follow up process for each engagement in a central location Assist VPs of Enterprise & Client Strategist to proactively seek and maximize new business opportunities within existing client base Experience Base Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience or completion of Corporate Trainee Program Extensive Project Managementexperience Experience across multi-channel solution offering; from media to creative; across traditional and digitalchannels Digital experience a plus Understands media channels Working knowledge of event management also a plus Job ID 10728

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
