Clinical Quality RN Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe Nurse Manager of Clinical Quality is responsible for coordination and oversight of the clinical specialist, with direct accountability for clinical quality.   Responsible for provider data that would drive the improvement in the quality and health of the population that we serve, in alignment with standardized quality measures, including patient satisfaction.  Partners with the population health team for synergy in measurement and delivery of outcomes for the clients and populations that we serve. Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for the scope of nursing care in the ambulatory setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quality assessments and improvement projects, data analysis to identify best practices, gaps, and potential referrals to clinical leadership for improvement plans, and peer review. Actively supporting the professional quality review committee, and the clinical directors leading that committee Is an active member of the QA Committee.  Coordinates and attends Medical Staff meetings and various committee meetings as necessary, with accountability to deliver ongoing quality metric reporting to leadership. Coordinates the Medical Directors and Credentialing Committee in development of privilege criteria, privilege delineations, and other documents necessary to ensure an effective credentialing process. Partnering with the operations team , proactively identifies and monitors  systems to achieve key clinical quality indicators within the health and wellness centers Directs measures to evaluate and ensure quality of clinical oversight for advanced PR actioners  assuring regulatory compliance, and continual quality and process improvement Partners with operations , compliance, and clinical leadership to support the full scope of nursing practice ( MA, LPN,LVN and RN ) in the health and wellness centers Assists with chart audit organization from a nursing perspective as deemed necessary  Develops a departmental operating and capital budget related to nursing clinical support functions Partnering with the client facing team , assure timely accurate data on the Health and Wellness Center Quality reporting JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent required Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience in an ambulatory setting is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in ambulatory quality improvement, with expertise in data analytics Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing administration or a comparable management position. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  RN Licensure required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills Knowledge of ancillary patient care management, policies, budgeting, protocols, quality measures, and personnel management is require

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
