Manager of Population Health

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Producing actionable analytics to improve quality of care as well as manage the risk of our clients related to their health of their populations, with attention to the complex needs of the clients Provide consultative and analytical expertise from multiple data sources and translate provider healthcare cost and utilization data into actionable information for internal and external stakeholders. Support predictive modeling projects and determine solutions for acting on data relative to target populations to improve health. Contribute to the strategy of the greater Data & Analytics leadership team and business partners across the organization. Develop methodologies and models, perform analyses, summarize results, and develop conclusions that can be utilized to improve client population outcomes Provide relevant and appropriate consultation to Medical Directors, Clinicians, and Provider Relations teams related to impacting outcomes of population outcomes Developing and partnering withinternal and external partners on new and existing operational initiatives to drive performance on care delivery, quality and cost improvements for our clients and their populations. JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: BA/BS Degree Minimum 8 years of work experience which includes experience in cross-functional business areas such as general management, strategic planning, business development, and people management requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years of progressive health experience in data analysis methods and tools. Minimum 3 years of experience with health-related data analysis and reporting related to population health Minimum 2 years of strategic management experience. Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative data from multiple sources using statistical modeling, analytical methods, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated experience in consultative collaboration, teamwork, project management and cross functional communication. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting having diverse professional backgrounds including business, technical and/clinical knowledge. Critical thinker-this position will need to evaluate merits of new and innovative ideas and make sound decisions Strong influencer- this position will partner with Clinical resources to enable practice transformation Strong relationships-this role will work with Clinical Consulting Directors, Medical Directors, Sr. Leadership as well as business and technology partners to plan, direct and develop population health programming Strong Communicator-this role will need to be extremely comfortable presenting program objectives, scope, and process across segments of the organization , and clients Works effectively in an ambiguous environment High degree of emotional intelligence Job ID 10404

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
