Quad/Graphics is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team in Sussex, WI. The Graphic Designer is proficient in a range of skills including but not limited to design, production of advertising (print and digital), collateral development, PowerPoint presentations and video editing. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will work on projects with the marketing team. This individual has a clean design astatic, attention to detail, discipline to manage multiple projects responsibly, able to problem solve and works well within tight deadlines. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to self-motivate, think strategically and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.? This person will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in design, print, and typography, with a clean aesthetic. In-depth knowledge of production processes in both print and digital media required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create various marketing assets including, but not limited to presentations, print and digital advertising, sales collateral, infographics, email, flyers, brochures, proposals, social media concepts, video editing
  • Problem solves/collaborate with other team members in innovating and refreshing collateral within the boundaries of the brand
  • Become the main resource creating PowerPoint presentations for key accounts which requires design and strategic thinking
  • Help the Creative Director ensure expectations can be met based on workload and resources
  • Handle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines
  • Mindfully ensure that design is on brand and strategically aligned with Quads vision
  • Obtain required approvals for all phases of a project
  • Articulate the different needs of B2B and B2C markets when needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in agency or with an in-house design team
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or similar
  • Expert knowledge in PowerPoint
  • Skills in After Effects or similar program a plus
  • Expertise in industry-standard graphic design and digital art production tools for print and web media is essential with strong skills required in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as Acrobat
  • Networking and resourceful to accomplish tasks at hand

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
