Manager of Retirement Planning

Quad/Graphics is seeking an exceptional Manager of Retirement Planning
to join our Global Total Rewards team in Sussex, WI. In this key role, you will be involved in influencing capabilities along with assisting in the design and help lead the strategy and execution of the benefits programs with a focus on retirement/401K. The preferred candidate will have experience streamlining and improving processes by using data to help guide/influence decisions.? Additionally, the Manager of Retirement Planning
is responsible for managing large scale projects by collaborating with other benefit team members, driving accountability, and delivering consistent results across the department.?

Job Duties?include, but are not limited to:?
  • Oversees administration and support of all benefit programs, with a dedicated effort on Quad/Graphics Pension and 401(k) Retirement plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate utilization of all benefit programs, identifying actual or potential problems, activity trends, and implementing change as appropriate.
  • Management of vendor relations both domestically and abroad.? Ensure that partners are delivering service contracted for while understanding the work product delivered is ours as an organization and that we take that primary role in presenting and partnering on solutions.
  • Design & develop new benefits and programs in response to organizational, employee and competitive marketplaces.?
  • Communicates with all management/supervisor levels, union personnel, contractors, on-site customer personnel, and benefit vendors.?
  • Assists with annual Benefit Plan audit; support audit requests, primary contact with vendors to develop solutions for data needs.
  • Maintain, publish and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools;? i.e. employee participation levels, employee census, market analysis, understanding if benefit objective is being achieved, cost of benefit, running queries and analyzing data.
  • Partners with our Communications Team to strategize and develop employee communication materials to promote understanding, which may include annual enrollment, newsletters, publications or large audience presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • Acts as lead HR liaison with Finance to manage and participate in the process for benefits forecasting, budgeting and monthly plan costs. Monitors and processes benefits related invoices.?
  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements?
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 years related experience in benefit plan development and administration is required.?
  • Five years in a supervisory or lead capacity, or equivalent, is preferred
  • Must have demonstrated experience with plan design, legal interpretation, data modeling, internal consulting, cost/benefit analysis, vendor analysis, communication development and systems and related platforms.
  • The ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers and senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present effectively to senior management
  • Experience utilizing data in decision making & planning
  • Proven experience with agility & adaptability and experience with change management
  • Experience with vendor management and negotiations and solid planning, analysis and detail- oriented skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-directed to ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times
  • Working knowledge of financials, budgets/accruals of benefit plans
  • Ability to consult on application of policy and process as well as trends, themes, and solutions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
