Social Media Coordinator

Quad/Graphics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team in Sussex, WI. The Social Media Coordinator will contribute to all aspects of social media and content marketing efforts, using B2B best practices through social channels such as, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.? ?This role will be responsible for monitoring, engaging, building awareness, and supporting demand creation.? This role will also support Blog content management and partner with digital marketing team to execute cohesive content messaging across all channels.? ?This role is also responsible for monitoring and sharing relevant content that positions Quad as leaders and experts in the Marketing Solutions space through actively supporting/promoting Quad?s involvement with industry and marketing events.

  • Work with content developers to create and post engaging social content, including copy and imagery optimized for specific channels
  • Understand and effectively communicate Quad/Graphics? value proposition, solutions, technology, processes, partnerships through social channels
  • Management of Social Media campaigns, including research, planning, setting goals, cross channel promotion, monitoring feedback, analysis and reporting
  • Provide input for the creation and assist with implementation of social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create fan engagement by monitoring community feedback?
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure proper execution including, but not limited to: daily monitoring and optimization; tracking including daily, weekly and monthly reporting as necessary; multi-variant testing; and cross-channel integration
  • SME for social efforts?
  • Strong partnership with corporate communications and investor relations to support employee engagement, corporate investor relations needs?
  • Train Quad/Graphics employees on best practices of Social Media, including profile creation and community engagement.
  • Based on project direction, help define all project requirements and scheduling.?
  • Social Media reporting and analysis?
  • Monitor the quality and timely completion of all projects including adherence to budget, and facilitate the process of ensuring all internal customers are kept up-to-date on the progress of projects
  • Work with appropriate design, interactive, IT, video production, photography and print manufacturing resources to define functions and tasks that need to be executed and ensure timely completion of identified functions. As necessary, engage and manage the work of outside vendors.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Quad/Graphics? brands, products and services, markets and target audiences.
  • Bachelor?s degree in advertising, communications, marketing or equivalent related experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years? experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously without compromising schedules or budgets
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to make impromptu decisions
  • Ability to successfully work independently and with a wide range of people, from manufacturing employees to company executives
  • The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike
  • Ability to travel when necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
