Customer service experience is extremely important.
Provide quotes to customers for service and/or parts as needed.
Must be comfortable providing training for new customers as they buy our equipment
Travel to customer sites (30% travel) independently (both domestic and international) to provide service and/or training.
Must be technically savvy - able to read and interpret blue prints and translate that information to the customer
Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills as they relate to computer driven equipment
Familiar with electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills related to them
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
