Description
The position will be a Cash Analyst role and length of time is TBD but at the minimum would be a few months. They are leaning to slightly more experience, but would not have to be a full degreed person. Experience with doing detailed bank reconciliations and posting of cash accounts would be needed.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Record miscellaneous cash journal entries
Complete the reconciliation of cash accounts monthly
Automate the cash reconciliation process
Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process
Prepare quarterly and annual reconciliations and audit schedules
Record journal entries for various subsidiary companies
Prepare financial statements for various subsidiary companies
Complete census reporting
Assist with Sarbanes Oxley and internal control documentation and compliance
Prepares ad hoc analyses appropriate for all levels of the organization
