This Seasonal Special Events position will assist the Special Events department with the successful delivery and distribution of beer to local venues for summer events in the Milwaukee Metro area.
May be asked to assist other departments such as sales, merchandising, warehouse, and delivery as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the loading and unloading of beer for delivery to Milwaukee area events.
Work as Event Staff as needed Move products as needed.
Build pallets of beer for event delivery.
Assist Special Events and other departments in various tasks as needed.
Have sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries.
Possess knowledge of supplier policies, especially freshness standards.
Promotes company products when not on company time.
Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
Maintains the premises in a neat and orderly condition.
Follows equipment and maintenance guidelines.
Follows all security procedures.
Presents positive and enthusiastic attitude to management and co-workers.
Follows company policies at all times.
Reports to work on-time and promptly to all special events assigned.
Reports to work appropriately dressed with steel-toed shoes.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
Keep vehicles neat and clean.
Is pleasant and courteous to all customers and the general public.
Complete all special projects as assigned by the Special Events Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide at a high school equivalency level.
Must be able to comprehend written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
Must Maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver's License Physical Demands:
Ability to lift from 5 to 175 pounds.
One half-barrel weighs approximately 175 pounds and you must be able to lift that weight at least 3 feet high on a frequent bases.
The maximum weight of a case of product is 42 pounds and a half-barrel is 175 pounds and you must be able to lift cases overhead on a frequent basis, and half-barrels at a chest level occasionally.
Ability to climb stairs with or without a handcart carrying approximately 100 to 300 pounds.
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to tolerate environmental conditions:
wet, dust, fumes, noise, extreme hot or cold.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
