The Receptionist position is a vital member of the Tools, Inc.
Team, providing administrative support for the organization.
The Receptionist is the ambassador and champion of organizational first impressions, ensuring that guests, visitors, and team members receive outstanding customer service resulting in a positive impression of Tools, Inc.
The Receptionist also performs office oversight and administrative support to other areas of the organization as required.
Essential Job Functions Provide outstanding Internal and External customer service, leading to a positive First Impression of the organization and Tools, Inc.

Direct office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive, welcoming and engaging interaction.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring the proper routing of incoming calls to intended parties.
Support in the planning, preparation and execution of Company Meetings and events.
Manage letters, packages and other forms of correspondence.
Maintain and order office supplies, maintaining oversight and control over inventory and distribution of supplies.
Support colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
In collaboration with the Human Resources manager, assist with employee engagement and communication activities and workflows.
Engage in marketing activities including company social media postings, managing promotional products, and working with all aspects of corporate branding Education & Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service, Office Administrator, or hospitality experience preferred.
Previous experience working in an office environment.
Skills and Abilities Strong organizational, time management, ability to develop and meet deadlines.
Enjoys working in teams and has a strong commitment to internal customer service.
Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Specialist, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Responsible for sensitive and confidential information Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Enthusiastic and self-motivated Tools Inc.
