Our Dental Assistants connect with patients on a personal level, answer dental questions when the dentist is away, and connect with staff personally and professionally during downtime.
If a team member is especially busy, other staff will pitch in to alleviate some of the burden.
We have monthly staff meetings, during which we discuss treatment best practices, office policies, insurance, etc.
Anyone can add a discussion topic.
We openly discuss each topic during the meeting and come to a conclusion as an office.
Everyone is encouraged to identify areas our office can improve and strategies to accomplish this.
Ultimately, Dr.
Sarah views her staff as family, so you can be sure you will be valued and have a voice here.
Position Requirements:
Martin Family Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our team.
Candidate must be genuine, empathetic, and diligent about the quality of care delivered.
You will be the one taking patients to the operatory and getting them prepared for their procedure(s), so the ability to relate to and build relationships with people is strongly desired.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of dental terminology and equipment Sterilization of equipment and operatory Take x-rays with PAN and Bitewings Tools and Software:
Dentrix Dexis Nomad (handheld) X-ray and PAN Digital sensors and phosphor plates Office Hours:
