This position works with & under close supervision of the Options Manager, and Receives specific and detailed instructions regarding tasks.
Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner.
Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort.
Has skills in performing renderings and other design type functions.
Has a good understanding of floor plans, blueprints, and potentially CAD and other project software.
Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational, conceptual design, and good oral and written communication skills.
